Starting Over After 40! Have you ever wanted to start over after 40 but felt too old? I’m here to tell you you are never too old to start over. Starting over doesn’t come with an age limit but I can tell you starting over can happen at any time and multiple times.
Did you see The Renaissance by Beyonce? That was a good example that you can do anything you want if you put your mind to it. I was so motivated I came home and recorded a podcast episode so I could share it with my audience, we could do it.
Starting over after 40 is refreshing. Some of us couldn’t nurture ourselves because we had to care for our children and family, work, and become caregivers. I am here to tell you as a woman over 40 This is one of your best chapters.
Starting Over After 40 looks different for us all but as we age gracefully. I know for myself I never had a chance to fill my cup. Here I stand at 48 and I fill my cup first before I pour into anyone or anything,
